The model of training in alternation is a proven reality at a European level, with proven results in countries where its existence already has several decades.
This system, called dual or alternance, has allowed them to obtain a better match between the educational needs and the demands of the companies. The defining note is that it combines theoretical learning with practical training in the company by signing a contract for training and learning.
Advantages for the student
- Receive a salary and contribute to social security from the beginning of your contract.
- Learn working, dedicate 25 / h week to work in the company and 15 h / week to train in our center.

TEXTBOPRO i EQUIPALMA
Forget about books, manuals and exams! The SEFED Project uses the creation of a company in the classroom of the educational centre, as a tool to train students in a practical and transversal way (learning by doing). Students are educated in administrative tasks and business management, using company simulation as a learning methodology.

Acer Project
Sant Josep Obrer and Acer for Education work together in a project. The result is a classroom fully equipped and prepared with all the technology necessary for our students to be trained in the best possible way to enter the world of work.
EASDIB Project
ASIX students and students from the School of Art and Design of the Balearic Islands collaborate every year on a project to create an innovative website. Programming and design get together, work as a team thanks to agile methodologies and meet during the course.

Agreement Dublin Business School
A university degree in just one year?
With our vocational training courses, it’s possible! Sant Josep Obrer has an agreement with the Dublin Business School through which our undergraduate students in the administration and management branch can obtain a university degree in “Bachelor of Business” or “Bachelor of Business in Accounting”.

Agreement York St John University
Sant Josep Obrer and York St John University have a collaboration agreement. Our students of the Higher Degree in Administration and Informatics can obtain a university degree in only one academic year at York St John University.
This agreement is possible through Bancy Education and is exclusive. We are the only center in the Balearic Islands that allows this option.
